iPhone Users Only
Instructions to restore App
1) Remove the old copy of the app. This can be accomplished by pressing down on the app icon until the screen gets blurry and a pop-up asks if you would like to delete or share the app or edit your home screen.
2) Press ‘Delete app’. You will be asked to confirm the deletion. (Note that older versions of iOS do not show this screen but instead shows all icons shaking. If you see a shaking icon, simply touch the ‘X’ located on the icon and the app will be deleted.)
3) Now download the new version of app from the app store.
4) After installing the app, press Open to launch it.
5) Touch “Sign Up” at the bottom of the screen.
6) Follow the steps to sign up for the app as a new user entering your email address and password, your user name and agree to the terms of the app.
7) After agreeing to the app terms, you will be brought to the subscription screen.
8) Press ‘Subscribe’. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A SECOND TIME. The app will recognize that you are already subscribed to the app and you will see a screen that asks if you want to Restore your Purchase. Press ‘Restore Purchases’.
9) The app will now work as before. Contact support@iamanalpha.com if you have any further questions.

Instructions to restore your app
1) Remove the old copy of the app. This can be accomplished by pressing down and holding your finger on the app icon for a few seconds. A trash can icon will appear. Uninstall the app by sliding the app icon toward the icon that says “Uninstall”.
2) You will be asked to confirm the deletion.
3) Now download the new version of the app from the Google Play store.
4) After installing the app, press Open to launch it.
5) Log in with the credentials you normally use to access the app.
6) If your password is not recognized, touch the screen where it says “Forgot password”. A new password will be emailed to you. Use this password to login. After successful login, you should change your password. Touch the profile icon at the top of the Feed screen and follow the instructions to change your password.
7) The app will now work as before.
